How It Works
BodyTite works similarly to our FaceTite treatment, but it works on your entire body rather than your face. First, the area is numbed with local anesthetics, and small incisions are made in the treatment area. Then, a cannula with electrodes is inserted into the incision points, emitting thermal heat from radiofrequency, melting fat cells while leaving the surrounding tissue alone.
We then remove those cannulas and insert liposuction cannulas into the incisions to suck out the melted fat and any additional fluid, leaving you with toned and sculpted results.

The BodyTite Process
Step 1: Consultation
Before your BodyTite procedure, you will need to meet with one of our expert physicians to determine whether the treatment is right for you. Together, you will create a personalized care plan, basing the included treatments on your medical history and specific aesthetic goals.
Step 2: Treatment
Your provider will begin treatment by cleansing your skin and then marking the places for your incisions. Once you are numb from the local anesthetic, your provider will make the incisions and place the electrodes in them. They will effectively melt the fat cells, and then the electrodes will be removed so a different cannula can be placed to suction the melted fat.
Step 3: Recovery
Your procedure for BodyTite in Westlake will take about 2 -3 hours to complete, and your provider will tell you to take about 48 hours to rest and recuperate. You will be given personalized aftercare instructions by your provider to follow during this time. After that, you will be able to return to work within about 3 to 5 days.
Pre-Care & Post-Care Instructions
- Avoid alcohol or tobacco products within a week of your treatment.
- Do not use NSAIDs or take other blood-thinning medications within 5 days of BodyTite treatments.
- Drink plenty of water to encourage the best results.
- Continue avoiding tobacco products and alcohol for an additional 2 days.
- Wear your compression garments as directed by your provider.
- Keep drinking water to speed up the healing process and promote enhanced results.
