Step 3: Recovery

Pre-Care & Post-Care Instructions
- Hydrate well by drinking plenty of water before your injections.
- Avoid drinking alcohol or using tobacco products within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Limit your use of anti-inflammatory medications (like aspirin) less than 24 hours prior to treatment.
- Arrive at your appointment with a clean face, free of makeup or skincare products.

- Sleep on your back (face-up) for the first 48 hours to avoid putting pressure on your injection sites.
- Wear SPF 30+ sunscreen to protect your skin as it heals.
